- The prices on the price list are indicated in Swedish kronor (SEK), unless otherwise stipulated.
- Voluntary cancellation insurance for the package holiday may be taken out for SEK 200 per booking. The cancellation insurance applies only in the event of cancellation owing to acute illness, accident or death that befalls the traveller or a close relative. This must be verifiable by means of a doctor’s certificate.
- The prices are based on the currency situation as of 1 November 2004.
We reserve the right to make changes conditional on price and rate fluctuations beyond our control after this date.
- The reservation is binding as soon as it has been confirmed verbally or in writing by the booking venue. The amount falls due for payment not less than 35 days before the date of departure. If the booking is made less than 35 banking days before the day of taking possession, the total amount falls due for payment immediately. If we have not received the payment by the prescribed deadline, we regard the booking as cancelled, after which the provisions of Clause 5 enter into effect.
- The customer is always entitled – in return for payment of a fee – to cancel the package holiday according, as follows:
More than 35 days before departure: SEK 0.00.
Less than 35 days but more than 3 banking days before departure: all green fees + SEK 400.00.
Less than 3 banking days before departure: the full amount falls due for payment.
- If the package holiday cannot be made use of for valid reasons pursuant to the General Terms and Conditions of Travel, the entire booking amount will be refunded, less a cancellation fee fixed by Norden Resor in the amount of SEK 200.00 and less the cancellation insurance. Illness or other serious incidents must be verifiable by means of a certificate that must be received by Norden Resor not less than 10 days after the cancellation.
- The traveller is not released from liability for payment, even if force majeure (war, atomic catastrophes, natural catastrophes or the like) prevents him/her from making use of the package holiday.
- The technical organiser is Norden Resor i Skåne AB.
- The General Terms and Conditions of Travel apply to all bookings.
- Complaints: Any complaints must be presented to the manager of the hotel/golf course or his/her agent as soon as possible. If you are unable to resolve the problem, contact Norden Resor by tel. +46 411 558725 or fax +46 411 558705. The right to complaint will be forfeited if you do not inform the vendor of the service on site. If you leave the accommodation venue or the golf course and the organiser does not have a reasonable amount of time in which to resolve the problem, you forfeit the right to compensation. Any claim for compensation must be received by Norden Resor in writing not more than 30 days after the end of the package holiday.
- Rebooking/rescheduling costs: Rescheduling or rebooking tee-off times and/or accommodation: SEK 250.00 per rescheduling/rebooking.
